Here, with guidance from our technical experts, customers gain valuable hands-on experience using our equipment to conduct product/process development trials, and to manufacture samples for testing, analysis, and marketing purposes.
Key Filters Polymer Filtration Lab
The advanced melt filtration lab provides the opportunity to test different polymers with a variety of screen changers. It features a complete 2-1/2” single-screw pelletizing extrusion line for testing materials and filter combinations with continuous screen filtration capabilities.
The extrusion and orientation pilot lab is the most versatile semi-production line of its kind commercially available for customer use. Its capabilities include the following:
