The Mk Series Automatic Surface Winders are designed for high speed, in-line slitting and winding a wide range of materials. Parkinson Winders’ Positran® roll transfer system offers continuous winding during automatic cut-over at full line speed. The MARK Series ensures maximum productivity while providing consistent high quality product rolls.
Standard Features
Automatic surface winding of lofted or nip sensitive materials. Can produce large diameter finished rolls with light wound-in tension to prevent damage to sensitive webs.
Automatic surface winding of finished rolls up to 42” diameter. Wound rolls are fully supported, thus inline slitting of wide materials and winding onto small diameter cores is possible.
Provides same benefits of MkIII winder with larger finished roll diameter capacity.
